Roles & Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Intern, you’ll:
- Generate leads by interacting with potential buyers at property sites, exhibitions, and events.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Assist in closing deals by addressing client queries and negotiating terms.
- Maintain client databases in CRM tools like Zoho or Excel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote projects via flyers, calls, and referrals.
- Achieve weekly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Skills Required
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate terms (EMI, ROI, home loans)
- Confidence in client-facing interactions
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
