Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Intern, you’ll:
- Generate leads via cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build relationships with potential investors (HNIs, retail clients).
- Pitch Hi-Kubera’s real estate investment products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments.
- Update and manage leads in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Skills Required
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to explain financial/real estate concepts simply
